Adina's Cakery was born out of her love and passion for baking. Adina has over     twenty years of baking experience. Her memories of baking with her grandmother, the memories of tantalizing aromas of fresh baked cakes and cookies are her inspiration for creating truly remarkable desserts.

Winner of several top baking and business awards including Weddingwire’s Couple's Choice award and SCORE’s entrepreneur of the year award, Adina is recognized by Weddingwire.com as one of the top 5% of cake designer’s in the wedding industry. She is also a featured baker on Theknot.com. Adina's Cakery has been written up in publications including Style Me Pretty and Aisle Society.

 

Adina's background includes a bachelor of Fine Arts degree and extensive study with many celebrity bakers including Marina Sousa, Karen Vazquez, Nicolas Lodge, Kathleen Lange and Ruth Rickey just to name a few. Adina’s artistic talents transform cake, buttercream and sugar paste into delicious works of edible art.
